Diwali – Hindu festival of lights at TERii Campus –

Diwali or Deepawali is the Hindu festival of lights, typically lasting five days and celebrated during the Hindu Lunisolar month Kartika. One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism, Diwali symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”.

 

 

The festival of lights was celebrated in the premises of Technology Education & Research Integrated Institutions on 27th of October, 2019. TERii– being a family made of love, understanding and values, celebrated Diwali with the students residing in the hostel along with the management of TERii celebrated the event, worshiped goddess Lakshmi and enjoyed a great dinner together.

 

     

 

Nearly 300 students from different states and countries came together to celebrate Diwali, despite being of different races and religions, giving a message of Unity in Diversity. All that could be seen everywhere was the lights and happiness. These festive vibes turned everything mesmerizing. Dr. MP Gupta, the Advisor of the college promoted the message of green and cracker free Diwali. Following his footsteps, the institution had cracker free Diwali filled with joy, love and peace.
