Industrial Visit of B.Tech. CSE Students to Franconnect India Software, Noida –
Industrial visit is a part of professional courses, during which students visit companies and get insight of on the internal working environment of the company. Industry visits sensitize terii students to the practical challenges that organizations face in the business world. They also get to know the internal working of an organization. They get an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the field of their interest, helping them make the correct career choice in future. Interfacing with the industry gives them a chance to build networks and hone their business communication skills. The program enables the students to apply their classroom learning to a real-life situation while being mentored by a variety of industry experts.
An industrial visit of TERii, B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) students is organized on 28th,March 2018 in Franconnect India Software. Franconnect is the leading provider of Franchise Management Software which help franchisors and their franchisee more effectively to manage, track and run their business.
The students were really happy as they got to know the latest technology that companies are using now-a-days. The session started with the technical session by a Project Head, Mr. Desh Deepak followed by HR session by the Senior HR person Mr. Manish Kumar. Then the students were given time to interact with the employees of the company and raise any query. The students were accompanied by Mr. N.K. Sikka and Mrs. Neha Gulati.
