A Brief Profile of Mr. Rajesh Gupta
Rajesh is CEO and Managing Director of a new business currently being incubated by him to help companies grow with differentiation and find the right talent on demand for their turnkey programs. Prior to this, as President of DMI’s IoT & Business Analytics (formerly Lochbridge acquired by DMI in May 2017), Rajesh was leading to drive exponential growth for clients with a ‘layer of intelligence’ by leveraging underlying advanced technologies in the context of their environment. He infuses his expertise to actively engage clients across multiple industries and guide them to create value for their business by offering richer products, services and experience to their customers.
Prior to DMI, Rajesh was leading CSC’s (now DXC) market penetration efforts in the automotive sector, driving industry go-to-market and managing strategic relationships. Before this, Rajesh worked with Infosys for 13 years, where he led key initiatives in sales, business development, strategy, planning, program and account management. He played leadership roles in managing Systems Integration revenue portfolio for multiple industry verticals including discrete Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Energy & Utilities, F&I, etc. while delivering significant growth for the company. Prior to Infosys, Rajesh was the head of IT at Spice Telecom. During Rajesh’s 25 years in the industry, he has built successful global teams and developed strong partner ecosystems — all to help companies achieve profitable business growth.
Rajesh is an alumni of Harvard Business School and also earned his post-graduation in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology, and Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (formerly Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra). Further, he holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
